A quarter of a century research and teaching culminates with awarding of the highest Bulgarian scientific degree
The Specialized Scientific Council on Condensed Matter at the Bulgarian High Attestation Commission has awarded Prof. Todor Mishonov the highest Bulgarian scientific degree Doctor in Science in Physics. This honor culminates about a quarter of a century of active research at the forefront of condensed matter physics and hundreds of lectures to students.
The public defense of Prof. Mishonov's DSc thesis On the theory of high-temperature superconductivity. From electronic structure to fluctuational properties and electrodynamic behavior took place on Tuesday October 16, 2007, at the Institute of Solid State Physics, 72 “Tzarigradsko shose" Blvd., Sofia.
